I was wondering about photoblocker does it really work, and since it is illegal to use in california what is the worst a cop could do to me if he finds out I have it on my plates

Don't know what they can do in California, but in Georgia it's a $1000 fine and a mandatory trip in front of the Judge to explain why you are trying to conceal your license plate number!!!

It doesn't conceal your license plate at all,you almost can't see it.

Aren't photo blockers useless now since the cameras no longer utilize a flash and utilize infrared instead?
