Foggy conditions and gatso doesnt flash!

There is a gatso near my mates house, for some reason when cars speed through it it seems to flash them late, probibly when they are nearly out of the lines....

Well tonight we saw 2 cop cars go passed and it didnt flash even though it was switched on.....

so thats 2 cars which it didnt flash at, it must be the fog, but i would have though it was thick enough to interfere with it.... obviously it must be...

rather strange.......

well next time it is foggy, take your plate off and speed thru it to see if it works
