Who is B & W LLC?

I was wondering if anyone has any further information on B & W LLC. They are the company that St. Ann , Missouri is using for the first Speed Camera ever placed in Missouri and I have never heard of them before now.

All I can find is:

3668 South Geyer Road, St Louis, MO‎ - (314) 822-2001‎

This person who owns that address is: Duke Realty Limited Partnership An In Li Real Estate Tax Advisors Llc and their mailing address is
Po Box 40509
Indianapolis, IN 46240
This all means its a big building that they rent out of so it can't be that big of a company.
When I look up the pp taxes under that address I can see most of the tenants but B & W isn't one of them.

One a business profile website, it says the company was founded in 2009 and employs 5-9 people. I did a "whois" search on their website and it was started in March 2009.

I think its a small company who relies on cities like St. Ann for their success.

The website says the cameras rely on sensors to detect speed. I wonder what the frequency could be if wireless.

Here in Athens, our Red Light Cameras shoot "Kustom Pro 3 or Pro Lite" (according to LI) Laser to obtain your speed when the light turns red.

Perhaps they use the same thing.

Well I'm going to assume that the traffic cams use Band W because the company name is Band W LLC. So it will emit RF, we just don't have anything that detects it.

It goes:

HF VHF UHF L S C X Ku K Ka Q V W

W Band: 75GHz-110GHz

Active radar cruise control is 77GHz. So if a product comes out that does detect it, you will also pick every car up with radar cruise control.

9500, Glad you too know how to investigate the business records

I too did this yesterday. It provided me with more info than can be found on their website

I appreciate your info. I read somewhere on their equipment that it does not use loop technology, radar or laser. So I assume you are 100% correct with W band.

There website says it's "undetectable" but I'm not seeing any piezo strips laid across the road surface so I'm wondering if it's video based?? I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.

It seems to capture vehicles in both directions of travel and in either lane.

We added this location to the Trinity database last week - if you happen to spot any more of these in other St Ann School zones can you let me know - by posting here or emailing me - two more are expected in the next three months.

This camera is video based. I have not had the chance to drive out to the camera.

I do have a few questions about this camera. What happens if the wind makes the camera sway. This could cause for inaccurate readings. I would have to hold the lidar gun on the pole to see how much the sway adds . But as anything else including flag poles, ect they all have a sway to them.
