Default New REAR facing speed camera (Western Australia)-Photos inc.

    Check this out.
They are trying to get revenue from motorcycles by having rear facing cameras and concealed.
Not sure if a Multinova inside (anyone know?), sure RD range will be bad as if multivova, is low powered Ka band and pointing away from the radar detector..

Without seeing a closer photo, it does appear to be a Gatso. Rectangle radar antenna at the top of the box and camera below. And more than likely K- band, as Ku band isn't authorised by the Australian Communications Authority here for Traffic Radar.

They have multinovas (Ka band) over here so sure will be one of those in a box , will have to test against the RD.

yeah, realise that, but how would they fit the antenna that a Multinova has in there? Hence why I wonder if they are trying Gatsos?
Our Hong Kong Nova Guru might be able to answer that one.
Guess you'll need to try a tech mode on a RD to see what the frequency is then.

You know, with all the electronics in there, I wonder what would happen if you poured the contents of that black container over the camera.

That is a Multanova MultaGard container; it is a portable cabin with a Multanova 6F inside.
