2004 Motortrend Magazine Radar Detector Review

In June 2003, Motortrend magazine attended the Radar Detector shoot-out held by Speed Labs in El Paso Texas, here is a link to their online review: http://www.motortrend.com/features/c...ar/index2.html

Although the story is dated and does not cover the actual 2004 Speed Labs testing, there is allot of good infomation about the testing and the results (of now dated) radar detectors.

The leader of the pack was the Escort 8500, which now has been replaced with even a better model, the Escort 8500 X50

My understand is that their attendance is bi-annual.

Expect to seem them there this coming June.
