New V1 Hardwire with Custom concealed display
Ok, so a few weeks ago, i got my V1, instantly ran out, and bought one of those add a fuse kits, and got to work. I installed the power supply in the fuse box on the drivers side. (i'll post some pics as I take them) I then tucked the wire under the headliner and down the A-frame pillar, and then fished the connecter through with some all-purpose bundling wire. It then runs up around the RVM to the passengers side where it is mounted just to the right of the dots. The speaker is still way loud enough, even over music, and the concealed works great. This setup already has one save during a rather peeked jaunt through maine. V1 lit up to Ka, i took a nose dive into the pavement, then aprox. 1 mile later, I saw a cop parked in a little cutout between the guardrails. I love my V1!
