highly doubtful both officers will show so easy to beat the tickets they give out.
Next if the new Radar/LIDAR laws get pass in PA this kind of activity will be illegal since it says that they must operate in the open and not hidden.
NOT MISLEADING EH? Impersonating a State employee is not illegal in PA? I guess it wouldn't be misleading if they used the trucks to roll up on a traffic intersection and shorten the yellow timing intervals either, since they're "with PennDOT" right?Quote:
Although they used a PennDOT truck to help catch speeders, police officers don't see the operation as misleading.
perhaps we should paint our cars black and white and put some blue and red lights on and say we didn't think it was misleading when we used it to speed.
lol that would be great!Quote:

So their thought is all they are doing is hiding in a truck that most people would not equate as being any sort of threat.
So it is not like they are pulling you over in the truck, hell in one operation that had someone sitting in a lounge chair on the side of the road tagging speeders.
Well we're not going to be wearing uniforms when we paint our cars up and turn the lights on for a bullrun, so they better not charge us with impersonation, we weren't misleading.Quote:
