Traps from NJ to Myrtle Beach, SC?

Any advice helpful, I expect to be on 95S.
Also, any ideas about best way around D.C. and LEO's thereabouts?

When I-95 merges with I-495(the Capital Beltway) take the I-495 West exit towards Northern VA to get past the DC area. This is the outer loop of the beltway. This will save you from the traffic jam due to the Wilson Bridge project.
