RX65 and 8500x50 Mounting Bracket

Can anyone tell me if the Beltronics RX65 and Escort 8500x50 can be mounted using the same bracket? I purchased an aftermarket mirror mount for an Escort 8500x50 and now feel the RX65 is a better option. However, the company I purchased the mirror mount bracket (Great Lakes Trophy) for a 2005 Corvette does not make one specifically for Beltronics. From photos, they appear to be compatible and they are made by the same company.

Yeah i would assume so but if you can find a link to a picture of it i could give you a more definitive answer

The escort x50 and BEL rx65 do use the same stock mount

and also visor mount is the same...i know this as i have my mates X50 mount for my RX65 ;)

They're the same. Same power cord configuration too.
