Re: My Name is Joe and i have a problem
I would remove the video of my dog being attack trained from any public domain as well as any reference to it. If he ever bites anyone a lawyer will have a field day with it and it will guarantee the dog is put down.
NEVER EVER acknowledge you have a viscous dog, by posting videos like this, or putting up beware of dog signs. If you want to warn the public, put up a No Trespassing sign. That way the dog is attacking a criminal!!
Re: My Name is Joe and i have a problem
I don't think you have a problem... just an obsession with pimpin your sweet Mustang. Nothing wrong with that. lol

Hello Category4
I respect your opinion however i have to differ. I’m not going to take the video off of my dog attacking because it’s a sport to me and my dog. My Dog isn’t vicious at all. He gets so excited to “go to work” My dog is great around kids and other strangers. As far as a liability according to my lawyer (I own a computer business and this topic was brought up in conversations.) My labiality remarkable lower than the “average untrained dog”. My dog knows when it’s Okay to bite someone and when it’s not acceptable. if a thug comes up and attacks me or my fiancé you better believe he will bite. But if you come up and shake my hand he will not give you the time of day. I’m very proud of the accomplishments my dog gained as well as my own as his master. As of right now Snoopy is advanced obedience trained (off leash as well) and can track smells on command. He is in the process of learning protection work (about 8 months in it right now). After he completes this (about another year or so) I will finish his schutzhund training and go into completion. There are a bunch of clubs on LI that specializes in schutzhund. There are also individual sections of competitions that breaks schutzhund down such as Obedience, Tracking, Bite work. Right now hes a “jack of all trades master of none” but soon he will be competition worthy
If my Rottweiler bites someone they did something to deserve such as showing aggression to me or my family. My 1.5 year god daughter (under my supervision) play with my rotty and there has NEVER been a issue where I felt a child as been in danger. My God daughter has punch my Rottweiler in the head and took his bone from his mouth and the dog just looked at her and waited for her to give the bone back its my personal opinion that a stupid toy Chihuahua are more vicious then a Rottweiler .Will my dog ever bite someone in the Real world ? Most likely.. will it be on accident? Most likely not. Anything is possible.
Even though it doesn’t look like it, Snoopy is professionally trained. The place looks like a wreck because in July we has a thunderstorm for a good week and everything was flooding. It was raining when the video was made. I also have a 2,000,000 insurance policy that covers my house as well as personal libiatly. On the contract Dog bites are on it. Rottweiler has to be added because normal policy’s say dog bites are covered EXCEPT Dog bites from a Pittbull Rottweiler, wolf bread, dalmations, dobies and any other dog people think are vicious..
Anyways I hate to go on a dog training discussion on a radar forum but I thought it would be important to state my peace and express my views on the matter
Re: My Name is Joe and i have a problem
I have no doubts your dog is not aggressive, I had Dobbies for years. I'm just passing along the advice I got from my lawyer years ago when I owned my first Dobbie. I'm not saying don't train your dog, just saying keep the video out of the public domain.
It's just hard to deny you have a viscous dog when some other lawyer is showing video of him attacking someone. It's not what you know, it's what a jury believes. I just hate seeing dogs blamed for something that was not their fault and video would just make the case easy for the other side.
I thought about taking one of my Dobbies to compete in the Schutzhund trials so I am familiar with the amount of training involved and how prestigious a title it is. Good luck on accomplishing it, it's a worthy goal for both dog and owner.

Dalmatians are vicious?!?!??!!? I had a dalmatian and it was so friendly to EVERYONE (not good) who had food. Toss the food over and it'll immediately change its tone. Never liked that dog. Haaaha..
I like German Sheppards.
