What a moron... that is something I'd expect from a Southerner in the winter.

Almost every cop here (along with myself if needed) in an emergency situation would simply have gone into the grass (you can see in the video it extends far down, if not the entire way), and been on our merry-way in no time.

What is the exam to be a police officer there?
