V1 and 9500ci together - is there a minimum distance?
I know I shouldn't run the V1 and 9500ci simultaneously, but is there a minimum distance that would mitigate the interference possibilities? I have the 9500ci receiver in the front grill and would like to mount a V1 in the rear headrest. I'd keep the V1 on mute and run a concealed display to the dash. That way I'd still get the advantage of the arrows but not the constant alerts. Is this at all possible? Please don't flame me - I know they shouldn't necessarily be run together in close proximity but not sure if this setup will work. Thanks!
Jim

Youll be just fine with the 9500ci and a windshield mounted V1.
Interfereance will me minimal from the grille to the window.

the V1's gonna be all right so you are protected.

It will. I have run the 9500ci/V1 combo for quite awhile and it is one of the best combos out there; check out my videos for how well it does in the real world. The only downfall in this combo is that the V1 will reduce the 9500ci's reaction time against quick-trigger. IMO this is a minor sacrifice though since the 9500ci is horrible against quick-trigger to begin with.

X2, my placement is like what the OP wants and no issues at all. Luckily i only noticed minor delay in the CI alerting with my V1 on the windshield and virtually non with my V1 on my back deck.
The best combo is 9500CI/V1/RedLine.:D

As long as the V1 is behind the 9500ci receiver head you should be fine. 9500ci in the grille and V1 on the windshield or further back should produce minimal interference.
Having the arrows is nice, but there will be times when you will be watching the V1 display to see where the threat is located and wonder "when is it going to go off"?

Wait for the sti-r plus. That and a V1 would be an AMAZING combo :)
