I did buy it for the wife...she will test it. hope she likes it as much as the past 8500's and the vaunted V1?

Not perfect by any means, but I think it is a pretty good unit as far as Whistlers go.

It wasn't a bad unit, just that dang low volume and the heat/cool problem. If it wasn't for that, I would have kept it. If I had money, I would have kept it and got something as well.
