    Default My set up...

Alright guys I figured I would make a topic to show my new (re-done) set-up on my bike (Any constructive criticism about the set up welcome):

The power: The Hardwire kit taps directly in the bike ACC. outputs under the riders seat. It is the V1 hardwire kit, and the connection allows for: The X50, V1, E795 to be connected via 1 hardwire kit.

    From the Perch (Rear seat)

From the riders (my) POV,depeding on how far I am tucked(this is a little closer then normal)... you can see the hardwire which runs up the right frame. Also note how cyrtal-clear the Blue display is... even in direct sunlight.

Why the I advise not to use a V1 on the bike OR IN CARS where it maybe be hit with direct sunlight (or most any red display for that matter). (so people see I am not BS'ing them)... the display dissapears in the sun. (It is in my car because outside the V1 display simply wasnt bright enough to show anything [arrows and all: useless until nighttime], so being slightly less bright in the car allowed this picture to at least show something).

Have to love the slanted display (as you can see on the bike it helps convey visual information much better then a flatscreen [for my US/bike purposes]... also at night The V1's slanted display again helps in information display toward the rider.)

Both in the car with their respective mounting positions(Btw they are not touching each other, its just a shadow, and they are not run together):

    Thanks.

Hope to get a few shots of the actual hardwire (set-up) off the battery.
