minivan...IL...police...wow

Illinois now has MINIVANS being used as cop cars pulling people over for speeding on the HWY.

WOW!!!

I picked up a Ka alert today coming home, and for the life of me, I could not figure out where it was from. Over the hill I go (doing the speed limit), the only thing I see is a white minivan in the median. I didnt even pay much attention to it.

Anyways, after I passed it, my alert died down about 15 seconds later.

A few minutes later, Ka start chirping slowly and increasing...then it is at full strength....the *&^% minivan is passing me with lights and sirens going!!! I never would have guessed that in a million years.

Thank you for demonstrating to everyone why the Valentine One is a superior radar detector and only radar locator. Everyone appreciates it.

Last time I was in Dallas, they were using Camaros and Firebirds for police cars.

I keep trying to convince the boy that not all police cars are going to be the Chevys and Lincolns, but I don't have him convinced yet...maybe this will help. *nod*

Watch out though, I forsee the B4C Camaros going in favour of the Dodge Magnum/Charger police version.
