Yes that too, I mean just sitting on the dash with the windows open, my STI seems to get hotter than my turbocharger did after a hard run :shock:

I'm using mine to cook back bacon on the way to work.

Does this thing really get that hot................ :?

kinda yeah... It may just be the thermal conductivity of the casing but it does get notably warm to the touch. Mind you when I got mine, it felt pretty cold and had condensation forming on it as soon as I opened the box.
