haha, i saw a guy selling his 1.8 w/ pop but no accessories on ebay...the bid was at 415 with 15 shipping! are you kidding me? He even states that it retails new for 399
Hey Volvo, I applaud your intentions, but emailing him is a very bad idea. This type of behaviour is called auction interference and is reason to be thrown off ebay.
I have not seen the auction, and unless the guy is being mislead somehow by a false description or something, its not your business if they bid $20,000,000 on it.
I've sold detectors and other items on ebay often at or above retail price. Often it is to overseas buyers who cannot buy directly from the manufacturer. So long as everything is properly described and delivered as promised, the price is a matter between the buyer and the seller.

Fine ebay can kick me off for informing people of the stuff they deserve to know and should be told. I watch my steps through ebay...and beware if you choose to misrepresent an item on ebay i will come after you. Excuse me for being a nice guy and thinking someone should know the truth...
And besides I congraduated that seller on the profit he made off those stupid bidders..Play both side you don't get caught
Any item on ebay that i know is fraud i report. don't commite fruad on ebay is the lesson
Spoiler: show
Again, I did not see the auction link as it was deleted before I saw this post. But assuming there is no misrepresentation, I really don't see how the price an item is being sold for is any of your business. Now if the item is being sold with a fraudulent incorrect description or something, then I don't have a problem with what you did at all, although ebay might. I commend anyone who helps to ruin the life of fraudulent sellers online. But making an outrageous profit on an item that is correctly described etc is not fraud.
