My 1994 whistler 1250 served me well, but it's time to let it go.

Enjoy the newer piece of mind.
Oh yeah? I've been playing with a Whistler Spectrum 1 recently... how old is that one?
I have one of those sitting in my closet. Mine's old enough that it doesn't power up.Originally Posted by SmaartAasSaabr
I'm pretty ticked about it... it's in mint condition, still sqwaks like crazy, but it fits the dash "map holder" of my car so beautifully I want to use it. But an old Whistler with no Ka or laser with Spectres around? No way!
The owner's manual says 1994.
Might work well as a "spectre jammer." Probably sets them off for miles.
I forgot but I still have my RoadPatrol XK from Radio Shack, Circa 1987 but it's buried deep in the closet.
