    Default RMR expands

Rocky Mountain is expanding their market now. Radio Shack now sells them and if you check out RS website they have all their units(including RMR) over priced. For ex. a whistler 3500 remote mount RD at radio Shack is $300 and at Roy's website $250. ROY is the way to go.

Looks like alot more RMR RD's are going to make it out on the market.

Wow, guess I am lucky... the RS around here doesnt have them, I will laugh when I see someone around here with an RMR detector.

The Pro-73 is $145 on roy's site. MSRP on the Whistler website is $199.99
Alot of the whistler units sold on roy's website are below the MSRP which is what RS will sell at, not a penny under unless it's on sale

But I agree Roy is the way to go 8)

I saw a RMR in a freeland store(little town in michigan) and wow - I was like what in the heck. I asked the guy -

    "Do people actually buy theses"

    --- "Yeah all the time"

"You do know that they are useless right?"

--- "Yeah, but atleast they'll pay the speeding ticket"

"Yeah, the ticket is like 12 dollars, the rest is all court costs"

    ---"Have a good day sir."

I chuckled and responded you too. But yeah - apparently they feed a whole lot of bull chit to the retailers to get them to sell them.

Better start saving now my friend, they aren't very cheap... or should I say their price isn't, only their quality is. (For the most part they aren't cheap $$).
