Valentine One is the best and picks up X, K, Ka, Ku, and laser.

    Go to http://www.radarbusters.com/support/product-tests/2.asp

It tells you that the V1 beats the Bel 995 in X band by .5 miles, K band in .4 miles, and Ka band in .3 miles. It also is the only detector with 2 antennas (front+back) to have true 360 degree protection. It beats every other detector in rear radar detection by 2-3 miles.

Remember that Radarbusters.com talks good about all of the products they sell but they do not sell the Valentine One so you will not hear much praise on it.

But here one ought to say "..V1 has also bulky old design and You have to be an enginer to understand and able to use the Advanced Logic Mode and all the other hidden features ..."

You should check what bands Greece uses first. Valentine one or Bel 995 does not detect certain internation X bands like 9.410GHz, 9.900GHz and 10.600GHz. You might want to consider a Bel 550 that covers these international X bands.

Don't worry about programming the Valentine one. You only do it once to enable the KU band. Changing modes to logic or advanced logic is really simple. Looks is personal preference.

    What does everyone else think??

Doesn't the engineers design for engineers???

Actually I found it very interesting when Bel first added Tech mode to - was it 970LR???

But as somebody said about V1's hidden feature "we would have selled more if people would know about this (feature)"

No, I'm not an engineer ....
