    so if you try to fight the ticket, how do they prove you were speeding?

    Officer's word. And we all know that is always true. :roll: It will beat your word every time.

    I've never understood the point of locking in a speed. Very rarely will the officer show you your speed. The times I have asked and been shown (just to see what equipment he was using), it's never been the speed I got the ticket for. It's always lower and they say how I slowed down when I saw them, but I was going XX speed. Then why the hell press the lock button?

    got one with instant on at night. I was surprised that the ticket I got was 92 when I thought I was going somewhere around 98.
    You go this fast..day or night...in any car....you deserve a ticket...and more. Hopefully a reckless driving fine. Period.
