I would like to know which detectors is the best

Hello,

I would like to know which detectors is the best for France and Belgium (standard mesta 210 especially cabin lasts to detect?
I know already that 8500 X50 escorts it is here very bad for those which have to buy one.

My choice:

Bel RX-65
Bel vector 995 (according to opinions' it is not signal)
Escort Solo S2 (I know it is with pile but easy to hide in case or)
Bel STI????

Agree with the other guys the STI is the best "all around" unit followed by the V1.

But, Ku is used in France, and so are some other odd frequencies like 9,90 GHz.

The best would be a Bel 550 or an older 990 International.

But I guess, an RX65 should be fine on the Mesta 210 (K band right?)

The STI has the advantage of better detection of 34,3 GHz Multanova cameras, and it is not detectable by Spectre. However I don't think Spectre is used in France.

Are radar detectors illegal in France? I thought they were.

My dad might be moving to Monaco next year. How do they take to radar detectors there? Ku band?
