I just watched a news feature on TechTV regarding Apple suing a operator of a message board regarding "rumors".
They claim that "rumors" of a new IPOD model was damaging sales of their current product line and the information was infringing on their trademarks and logos. The site in question was shut down by their provider as they were also named in the suit.
Because of this, further posts regarding "rumors" will be deleted and until a press release is provided by the manufacture, we will not publish any information regarding new product lines specific to a new product.
So what you may have seen here on the board, regarding "rumors" on a new product, have been killed....
