Reasonably straight road, PSL 35mph. Traffic low, weather clear and dry. Trucks, none.
About 100 yards I get a laser alert and I pass a county patrol car that has someone pulled over already, and the alert went off after I passed the patrol car. The patrol car was facing in direction of traffic, so how was the officer shooting the gun if he was outside issuing a citation to the car he had pulled over?
From my limited experience, I thought the operator has to push an on button or something? Which was the gun facing, I'm assuming in the direction of traffic and thats why the alert sounded at 100 yards, yes, maybe?
