FCC vs RMR - Round Two

The FCC issued their second round of citations against 12 RMR dealers and issued notice of fine to 7 that were served in January.

Love this little notice on one website:

The FCC is again trying to shut us down. This time they do state our RMR-C450 Phantom and RMR-S201 Phazer II units work; “intentionally interferes with a licensed radio service (police radar), and are indeed capable of interfering with police radar.” Radar Roy and his cronies wrote letters to your senators and congressmen saying how are units are a scam and don’t work but in order for the FCC to do anything they had to test our products (again) which they had already certified as FCC legal, but now they had to admit that our units work (jam) to do something about it. Isn’t it ironic that Radar Roy with all his derogatory advertising toward our products stating our products don’t work has to admit that they do jam to force us out of business. sssshhhhhhhh!

We don't deny they work . . we know they work.'

Its just that they only work when the gun is less than a few feet form the detector/jammer.

In real life situations - its as useful as a brick.

It seems these guys will do anything to scam people. I like how they turn it around in their favor..... See our units do work.

Roy, I hope people understand we're trying to protect them from fraud
and not take away their secret weapon to defeat speed enforcement equipment.

For anyone reading this, I bought a "Spirit II" Rocky Mountain Radar Jammer years ago and trust me, they do not work... Don't let these crooks scam you.

Looks like we succeeded. Now lets all go out and buy some cold ones andCELEBRATE!We should get a bunch of RMR products while their cheap and "supplies last" and and burn them in protest!

This is what my friend posted on a myspace bulliten. Poor guy has a RMR product and swears by it no matter what i say.

hahaha i love not getting pulled over. especially when the state trooper pulls a uturn at 85mph and then follows me for 20 miles. god bless radar cloakers.
