need advice what to choose

hey guys im just wondering what you guys would choose out of these 3 radar detectors cobra xrs 9700, pni's silver bullet, or the whistler pro 73 thx for the help.

Uhhh, I wouldn't do any of them. If money is an issue (isn't it an issue for everyone?) I'd do eBay for an older BEL 980 or a similar BEL....

My first choice would be the pro 73 then the Pni silver bullet last the cobra my father in law has a cobra detector and I must say it don't give you any real advance warning by the time it goes off your lucky if you have a few seconds to slow down.

Silver Bullets have very poor detection IIRC. I say go for the 980.

Pro 73 has full text display while Pro 58 only has a numerical signal strength indicator via a 7 segment icon display.
Pro 73 has real voice alerts.
Pro 73 has an option select mode with features like selectable bands.
Pro 73 costs $50 more bucks.
The performance is virtually identical.
