Default GOL JULY 07 OFF AXIS TESTING RESULTS NOW UP!

Well guys after much debate on this forum about off axis testing we decided to get together with our very own forum member Jerry540i to test off axis detection on RD's. He came all the way from Canada to attend our event. What a GREAT funny guy Jerry is. He was a blast to hang out with. We used his incredible Lexus as the test vehicle. We had some surprises but all in all we had a successful test! A HUGE thank you to Sheffield Village PD for letting us test in peace. I hope this will be worth it for everyone since it tok us about 10.5 hours to test. Enjoy guys!

COOL! Only thing that is surprising is the STi's tunnel vision. I think this puts to rest the "tunnel vision" theory with the V1. Although, it does look like the V1 had some trouble with 35.5.

Awesome test results as always guys.

I was relieved the V1 wasnt a complete failure, having read some posts about V1 off axis detection.

    Thanks a lot guys.

    Very odd...

This shows that 35.5 is the hardest to detect with any RD, but the V1 sure is blind to it unless its straight on.

And I love all the quotes about foam at the top
