My SR7 will be back in a couple of weeks. When it gets here I'm going to run the V1 and SR7 together for six weeks and document how the units perform side by side. The SR7s radar reciever will stay up front in the grill. The V1 will stay to the lower drivers side of the rearview with clear reception to the rear.
I'm posting this now so if anyone on this board has an interference expectation, post it and I will keep in on my watch list during the six week trial. I will run video the whole time.
The V1 will be in Advanced Logic mode.
The SR7 will be in Spec mode.
Obviously I will be hauling a$$.
Since the SR7 will have a loud speaker I suspect I'll miss a view of "low risk" alerts when I'm not speeding and just jamming my stereo around town. On the highway when I go "sterile cockpit" we should see some good comparisons.
