Hey so I got a new car and although I love it one thing that is killing me is the athermic windsheild first off it dosen't really do anything but lessen my RD's abilit to pickup signals. Now I know there is a dead spot on top of the wh=indsheild where all the black bubbles are, however, mounting the radar in that spot is tough. THe suction cups wont stick to the black surface so what I have decided to do was affiz tape on the black surface and put the suction cups on that. Here is the issue I have always been a fan of low mounting for two reasons, 1 it makes the decter easier to see and operat and I feel it gives me better range. ANyways being forced to mount high Ihave a question what should my rd's angle straight or slightly down. Thanks in advance I need to put the RD in the deadzone though because I get alerts when the leo's are in visual range.
