For those of you wondering about Roy's customer service? Stop wondering and buy from him.
I bought a new RD from Roy and it had a factory glitch, (uncommon and confirmed with tech people at Bel). I emailed roy with my problem, we worked out an acceptable solution one sided in my favor, Thanks Roy! and I resume to be a most satified customer.
As I told Roy, I don't mind spending a little more or not getting some trade in discount If I can count on this type of service throughout my warrenty and beyond.
I will and do recommend buying from Roy!
