It looks like a nice mount but it is a little big for those of us who want to hide our detectors from other people and theives.
I wonder though if the detector's antenna may be blocked a little.
In the picture it looks like the Big suction cup is blocking the view of the antenna, this could be just the angle of the picture causing it to look this way.

the detector's antenna is blocked and I reckon that only 5-10% of the detector's antenna is actually loking out of the screen.
    it's absoulty crap.
they have modded a PDA bracket and are trying to sell it.

hahah yeah looks cool if u are running a RMR... man you are going to cut more than half your detection range i reckon with that. If you havnt got it yet id say DONT, if you have then relist on ebay...you will kill the range using that thing.

    That thing is HUGE.

Plus, they're not winning any points showing it off with an RMR.

I've been working on designing a new type of mount, I want to get a close look @ it, especially the suction cup and who manufactures it.

The only way I'd use something like that was for like a PDA or a GPS or something. I would never put an RD on that. That's just stupid.

If done correctly, I think the idea could work very very well.

If the pivot was farther from the suction cup, it would work just fine. As long as the suction cup doesnt get in the way of the platform at all angles. Neat idea, but poor design for radar detectors. I guess I would use if for a PDA if I had one.
