I live in mn I seen a trooper here and there. I was in wi over the weekend everywhere you look theres a trooper ever 5 10 miles just wondering why that is?

Could be some sort of speed enforcement effort.

I've been in Ohio at times where there were cops at EVERY u-turn median, sometimes whipping very aggressive 180's across a grassy median to nab a speeder. It was quite a show, and definitely makes you think twice about speeding in the state ever again

No this is pretty normal for WI on I94 near MN. They love out of state tickets. You have to pay on the spot.
Friday night they will hit it hard and early Sunday morning they hit it real hard because you are heading home and you want to get to MN, it is their last chance to get you.
