i have never driven through VA but i dont ever want to hearing the stories people tell about it on here
simple answer: Insurance institute for highway safety, it doesn't help that their headquarters are located in VA.

Been through Emporia numerous times. Even traveled Hwy. 58 (aka suicide hightway). I'd go that way to go from I-85 to Portsmouth. Is it still refered to as "suicide highway"?
