    Default Radar signal strengths

Is there a dfference in strength between a Leo that is driving with radar c/o and sitting somewhere and actually shooting traffic? What I'm wanting to know is will I detect a Leo sitting and actually shooting radar at traffic sooner before the same Leo driving with c/o?

The signal strength or transmit power of radar guns is fixed. So, it will be the same whether he is moving or stationary.

As a side note, in most cases a LEO with stationary radar can acquire your speed almost twice the distance of moving radar even though the strength of the radar is the same.
