Awsome idea, I believe one of our Euro members did something similar with an LPP or something with the radio mute output.
Here is the thread I was thinking of:
Suggested Jammer Feature
Edit: Actually in that thread Tsi only names the member who had done this.
Here is the thread that talks about Fulcrum's setup:
How important is rear jammer?

I'm really worried about installing one in my vehicle because it can lead to serious vehicle accident. Just think about drivers behind you and if you are speeding without a brake light and step on your brakes, it can cause a chain reaction. Those brakes lights are there for a reason.
I would stick to a switch. Your discretion to use it will always be better.
I too think that the switch idea is better. The switch should energize the relay which then disconnects the brake lights. My thinking is that the relay, when not energized, should be wired such that brake lights always work. Only when the relay is energized by the switch should the brake lights be killed. The reason for this wiring setup is, by default, the relay is off yet the brake lights will always work.
^ Agreed with the two above.
An "at-discretion" use of such a tactic is always the better idea. It would be very unfortunate to not only meet upon an enforcer who may witness such a tactic, but even more so if you were to cause an accident in doing so.
A switched setup will certainly enhance safety, which should still be of utmost importance.
A better approach would be to pull the parking brake to slow down when targeted from the rear. Hold the button in and make sure not to pull too hard. Then you'll slow down without brake lights, and the car won't nose dive. Just make sure no one is tailgating you, but if someone is, I wouldn't be braking anyway.
If you were going to wire a relay to a laser jammer, I would do it so that it only kills the brake lights when the rear jammer heads are triggered. There's no need to kill the lights if you're shot from the front.
If I'm passing you on the right, YOU are in the wrong lane!
If speed kills, how come I'm still alive?
