I just sent an email to cr8apl8 asking if they had any better pics of the MA plate since the one on the site had only letters on it, on numbers, and I heard from someone else who got an MA plate a year ago that the font was noticeably off.
Long story short, he gets back to me and says not to bother, he does not want my business. And I quote:
"When (sorry again) someone asks too many questions as you have over a lousy $25 bucks to solve a major problem, forgetaboutit. We just don't need it. So thanks Matt for your question but we'll pass if you're going to concern yourself that much."
All I asked was for clarification of the of the font issue. I even told him not to worry about responding right away since he said he was not in the office and did not have access to more pictures. Seems to me that if he bothered to respond to the email he could have tried to address my concerns and make a sale. Or if I am really so meaningless to him (he said every license plate from a TV show and movie comes from them, which I seriously doubt) just ignore me all together.
