What version V1 was tested?

On the second night at SML Roy cooked us up two of his famous "Sturges" steaks and some baked potatoes. (Sturges is a big biker rally for those who don't know.)

All I know on the V1, it was shipped just prior to the test and still had the shipping label on the box and was sealed.

Tearing up some of these long established laser jammers? I'm thinking that if it's vertically polarized, that should make it more difficult to detect, but shouldn't make it any harder to jam. Anyone disagree? Again, does anyone know the pulse rate of this gun? Roy talks about the algorithm, but is not specific about it.
