The reason I sold it because my parents and I needed money so I had to sell her, but in the mean while I do need another detector, I know what I buy wont even come close the senstivity and range buy hey the last thing I need is a $75-100 dollar of a speeding ticket.

My main thert is ka band and lots of it, there are some k band but very little, my price range is $250 if i need to I could fork a $300, as I never seen a good rd below than $250, if you guys know maybe you could help me.

And hopefully me and my baby could reunite one day , sorry to be such a noob, asking which rd.

best price for performance in my opinion is the escort x50...I'm sure you could find one cheap now with the release of the 9500i and xi

The Pro78 is the best "bang for the buck" RD on the market. Make sure it is a Rev C. Ka range is excellent, K band and X band are so so. Since you have budget concerns and Ka is your main threat, I personally think that the Pro78 is your best bet.
