I read on a box of a Radar detector that says Superior Off- Axis Protection. What Does that mean??
I'm Dumb im sorry.

Means nothing
it means nothing reallt TBH. if you have only a RD against laser, its only a "youve just been nailed" alerting device unless you have a laser jammer
Valentine one is the best detector out there on laser and even so, it cant save you on its own against a laser gun that can clock your speed in 1/3 of a second because you will never be able to react in time if the cop is good at using his LIDAR.
you might be lucky if he takes a while to get a lock but thats not reliable as a defence.
The thinking behind the marketing (sorry, but I'm in the marketing game) is to highlight good detection of radar signals coming from angles other than those directly in front of or behind you.
In practice a radar operator would not shoot you from the side or too far off your front or back because it introduces errors in his reading. But maybe, perhaps sometime, somewhere a radar operator may be shooting on a side road. Then you might get a reading from a detector with good "off-axis" detection. But this situation would be largely unimportant to most drivers.

ur only defense against laser is to have a set of jammers
Oh yeah, this was a laser post. Duh!
off-axis laser?? You must have mis-construed that with the radar capabilites right??
I got shot with off-axis laser once. I think. . .
