Default Ferrari Enzo owner mounts RD backwards

Over at the CHP 11-99 Charity rally I noticed one of the Ferrari Enzos had a radar detector...mounted backwards and upside down!!!

    He got one thing right

A couple of things, at least it is hardwired

By the way the heck brand is that? I am almost thinking its the unmentionable windshield version that has leds and been out since 1991.

I am thinking this is a joke?

My guess is that it's an old Bel 980 or a Whistler of some sort.

Hi this is my car. I've done testing and this provides me the best detection. The car has an athermic windshield, with the exception of the absolute top center portion. So I have the detector mounted to catch any signal that comes in up there and bounces back. No tickets yet!

Honestly, I know you are joking............no one would admit to have a car that is worth close to a million bucks and have that. With that kind of money you would go with a remote install.

An Enzo with that detector makes me want to

Well I guess its better for rear protection. I would never admit that this was my mount or my RD. Are you insane?
