    Default Will anyone donate?

Is anyone willing to donate toward buying BigEasyGuy & his family a monitor? I have one picked out online for 150 bucks. its a 16in LCD.

I am donating a computer to him & his family, but the monitors I have laying around are old, and very heavy. It will be as much shipping as it would be just to buy him a new one.

    Anyone willing to help out?

STARTING: 09/02/2005: For every laser tester ordered I'll donate 50% of the money to Sethy up until he can buy that computer monitor for bigeasyguy.

This is a great way to indirectly donate money for a good cause guys. You'll get a great laser tester and at the same time you'll help a flood victim.

    well,
i've been trying to see if we could go one better and get him a laptop for portability, especially if he'll need to travel back and forth to deal with clean-up, insurance, etc..
i talked with Dell and Gateway, and bottom line is the cheap bastards won't really help out. even after i explained the situation, the "discounts" were between 2-5% if that. even asking for a sales managers didn't help. i would have like to seen at least half off, considering the situation. i even directed them to look here, to see that it's for a legit reason.

so anyway i'm in for helping with the monitor for starters. good idea Sethy.

Guys, thank you all for your donations, please keep them coming. Mike Valentine himself donated a fair amount to the cause, it looks like he will be receiving his comp later on this week.

Keep the donations coming guys! thank you all very much, they all will love this!
