This kinda sounds like my town. The cops rarely used their radar for any sort of enforcement and less than 1% in I/O mode. Most of the time the unit is left on...even when they're parked.

My town is like this, however it seems every day less and less leo's leave it on, maybe their scared of cancer? this includes my local CHP
anyway its greatbut don't get to confident, becuase even my local chp was doing this I got too confident one night and got paced by a leo doing 100 in a 65
