Default This tickled me and I had to share...

Someone on another forum (let's call him "dimwit") asked what does a radar detector do. The following reponse had me almost in tears:
"...so that when it goes off, you know when you are near a shopping centre"

Don't fault them to much, I am sure they were just referring to their cobra they have... pointed to space. Ha ha

Yup... this is a good thing for educated users...

The more people that think like the responder, to the brilliant individual whom asked the above question... the better! He is guaranteed rabbit material. Though I hope the guy who asked was sarcastic... or if he isn't I hope he isn't driving anywhere near me (IE: "Whats that stop sign do?")

Sadly, "dimwit" was serious; the responder was being more polite and tongue-in-cheek than I wanted to be. I agree about "dimwit". From the rest of his posts, I don't think I'd want him driving near me either.

I would have expected something like that from a riced out Honda driver, not a Mustang driver.

I've seen some "riced out" Mustangs, including one with a wing that relied on gravity not aero for downforce earlier this week. Of course the most glaring bit that pops to mind is a GT500 in a restaurant parking lot, otherwise stock, aside from the $30 Cobra behind the windshield wipers. Wonder if it's the same guy?
