Some upclose Pic's I took today of a Uniden Chip board, horn, and Laser sensor I decided to tinker with .

radar emitter?? I did that to a old whistler once. Just turn the tuning screws on the unit till you get a nice k-band output from the LO. Drove a v1 owner/driver to total distraction because I equipped it with a instant on switch. I am sure the V1 company received a returned unit the very next day.

Yep did that with a cheapo Cobra too. Used it to set off my STI. I was able to turn the screw to get an X, turn it some more set off K and more again and set off Ka. Unfortunately I can't play with on the road or I'd be spectre toast.

I have actually already seen the inside of one.

years ago a friend of mine gave it to me to add to my collection of crap since as we know it doesn't work. took it apart and I must say what a POS.
