does anybody know a good website that i can print a page from that says that radars are legal in every state except virginia and washington. and laser jammers as well. and anything else little that isnt illegal, but some people think are..btw i live in Texas..thanks..all i found was a website that wasnt very good, but i lost the ip address..

I think some states have a provision that you can't have them in the car. I know Florida did and possibly still does have such a law. Not sure if it's enforced though or what the penalties might be if caught.

Indiana Law states that the operator must be a licensed and permissioned HAM Radio operator OR be a frequently participating member of a reputable news gathering source to have the scanner inside your vehicle.
