    Default Quintezz tested ?

Has anyone tested the Quintezz XT-7500 or the Quintezz systems in general ?
I live in Europe and the RX65 I have seems "#%¤"%& , so need something else beside it and the X50 Euro version or the RX65E are sky high priced here ... over 560$... insane.

I can tell you from my own experiences with Quintezz that this RDs are below-average (or average at best) for protection against EU radars (esp. Multanova 6).As for speed cam database I've been told that it's quite good, but I haven't have the opportunity to test this myself. If you are looking for good and cheap RD,I suggest that you check out Bel975e,Bel966 or Target 660 EVO.It would cost you around +/-390€.If you want the best windshield RD for EU buy the Valentine One or a bit less expensive RX-65e and Escort 8500X50EURO.Good Luck.

EDIT:you edit your post before I hit "submit" button.

Note that anything lower than RX-65E not work in Europe, especially if bought RD without Ka-narrowband.Save your money and get a decent RD(the one I mentioned above.

Well , that is the problem ... the RX65E and the X50 Euro are MORE expensive than the Valentine 1 Not sure why.
I can get a Valentine 1 under 400Eur new but the X50 and the RX65E are over 400Eur.
I needed something cheaper to have it dismantled and build myself a custom install , would not want to tear a V1 apart to do it.

In that case buy the Bel975e ,Bel966 or Target 660 EVO.These are all remote install RDs.

I did a quick search and this is the cheapest bel975e Bel966 I found.
It's a legit biz,I know the owner, plus he is also a member here:

Wow , those are some nice prices, thank you !

But as I can see from his site "todoradares" the 966 and 975 don't detect laser ? or is this some mistake on his site ?

Found some X50 Euro and RX65 Euro with Iskra mod in Latvia and Poland but the store owners never replied to my e-mails. Bad business.

Bel 957e has 2 separate Laser sensors, one for the back and one for the rear.
Bel966 doesn't come with laser sensors, but you can buy them separately, but IMO laser sensor are pointless, you need a jammer to delay the speed reading. Also Bel 975e and bel966 can integrate with Cheetah Advanced Technologies Ltd > GPSmirror_datalink C100 and GPS mirror to reduce false X,K-band false alerts, you can integrate it with a jammer, plus speedcheetah has the BEST speed cam/RLC/black spot batabase in EUROPE-verified!!!.If I were you,I would get the Bel966 for 199€(or Bel975 if you need X-band) and connect it with C100(169€).That way you have a KILLER setup with the best database and exelent performance. If you want to really sup-up your detection, you can get horn extension for 100€(That increases range by at least 30&#37.See here: Todoradares

    EDIT: I'm off to bed,it's 0:30 here.See you Tomorrow.

I wrote an e-mail to the spanish store but no answer yet ... we will see.

Thank you for all your advice and links. Will keep you posted.

Nick , are you the producer of the unit or a dealer ? All you posts point to the Quintezz
I would try the Drive control but noone else is recommending it and for 300eu I can get a CI system.

No i'm not the producer nor a dealer.Drive control is,for the moment,my third rd.I've tested it and i must say that is fairly good, especialy for gatsos cameras. Also speed camera database is very good. Please check again all my posts and you will find out that i don't use to post only for quintezz.
