Which gun uses Ka 34.6?

I don't know if FHP have been buying a bunch of new hardware but I've been getting hit by C/O Ka 34.6 all week. It's really easy to pick up as well, 2.5 mile saves on several occasions - in heavy traffic! I hope it continues, that I/O crap was getting old.

Stalker. They are 34.7 +/- about 50 MHz, so your display will read anywhere from about 34.650 to 34.750 GHz.

I came across this -- Some of the Ka band photo radar guns use the additional 34.6 frequency. -- Lockheed Martin's photo system at 34.6 GHz. Hopefully this helps..

Naw, if it's FHP, it's Stalker. They've had those for awhile. They've been acquiring 35.5 guns in the past couple months, though. A lot of the cars with the newer light bars have 35.5. Have fun with those

I've also heard of 33.8 in use, but not sure on that one.

I rarely see 33.8 in FL. Gulf Shores, AL PD was using 33.8 all over the place when I went there a little over a week ago.

33.8 is used pretty extensively by city cops, I don't recall seeing it on the highway though.

hmm, I was driving the other day and encountered a large FHP speed trap, they were using a combination of Laser Atlanta, Stalker KA as well as 33.8 MPH radar. The 33.8 kept triggering the POP on my 9500ix, although, I think this was caused by quick triggering. This isnt the first time I have Encountered 33.8, every other time it was FHP as well.
