    Default RD Interferance Question

I am running a 9500i just to the left of my rear view mirror and a V1 to the right of the mirror. They are about 8" apart...Do you think interfere with each other?
If so what if one is looking for only Xband and one is only looking for Ka band.

I'd mount one in the upper left corner and the other in the upper right. Does the V1 have a remote display, if so mount it upper right, since you won't be able to reach it.

I'll try that...I do have a remote display and remote mute.

I run the X50 and V1 in about the same setup and run together alot. Maybe a little further apart. They seem to play well together. The question is how do you really know?

Bring them to our test Blinder Guy and we can test them against X, K and Ka.

they would def interfere with each other. the only way to run two RDs is to have one remote mounted RD (ex: 9500ci )and one in the cabin of the vehicle

Time to make a decision then...I really like the 9500i because it links with the Zr4 that MEM-TEK is modifying for me....May be time to go back to 9500i and STi-R...I got rid of my last STi-R because it falsed on Kband so much but I have realised it is just as bad as my V1...Time to put my 1 month old V1 with remote colored display and custom remote mounted mute button on Craig's List.

It's not worth it, they're both gonna interfere with each other (V1s leak X band over short distances in my experience). I've tried RDs on opposite corners of my windshield and still get leakage.

Use the V1 when on the highway, 9500 for city driving.
