I have a V1 in my wife's M3 and it works great. I love the arrows and snesitivity, but I don't think the arrows will help for my 3/4 crewcab because I have a huge dog box in the bed of my truck and it covers the entire back window.
So, I'm thinking that because the arrow feature is out, I might as well get the speed camera database and GPS feature to reduce false alarm noise. For those thinking that the false alarms noise shouldn't be an issue, it is for me. I have a Chevy Duramax mostly because I didn't want a noisy ass diesel rig. I got the Chevy because I also wanted teh nice cush ride (as cush as a 3/4 ton can be anyway).
Now, that leaves me at the 9500ix or ci. The question is, at rough $1100 more for the ci, should I honestly be able to expect to have the ci defend a rig, this big and reflective, against laser?
My daily drive is about 60 miles of hwy and there are at least 5 spots with confirmed falses, but also a few of those have had cops hanging out there!
