Default compare a RD to a car

I think the Valentine is like a dodge charger R/T same body style plus a few new bells and whistles , raw power , it's appearance is easily recognizable and respected ,fast and still giving the new models a run for their money, noise and clunky , leaky , expensive , and not a lot of digital gadgets .

What is your take on any RD?

edit:it also holds it's value well.

Cobra = Kia. The $30 Cobra would be a Kia Rio.

Cheap junk. Weak performance. Leaks like crazy (don't know if Kias are prone to leaking though...)

S7-platform Escort 8500 and X50: These are Audis. Wonderful performers, sleek and sexy but spend a lot of time in the shop.

The V1 would be like a Dodge Viper. Raw performance, spartan interface.

Redline and STi - Corvette, or a nice performance sleeper sedan.

Oh yeah, almost forgot... RMR = Yugo. Utterly worthless.

I guess the Whistlers would be like Honda/Toyota. Nice price/performance ratio and reliable, not terribly exciting.

    Added my thoughts.

V1 - It's like an old american muscle car, fast, fun and simple. Like a Mustang Shelby.
Beltronics are like a Porsche, solid, reliable but **** at cornering (they understeer, or so I'm told)
Escorts are more like a BMW to me, they have a lot of fancy features and they're cool, but half of them you never use and when they break down they cost a fortune to fix
Whistlers are Honda Civics, they're nothing special, but they get the job done
Cobras are like a Fiat 500, or maybe a Lada. They're crap but lots of people seem to use them without any complaint
RMR - Rusty old bicycle with one wheel missing and no seat.

I disagree, a V1 actually holds it's value and isn't made entirely out of plastic.

    I wasn't responding to DJ's comparison rather to venom's.
